To foster the collaboration and professional development of precision health nurses and scientists, and to facilitate discussion, implementation, and research that incorporates genomics, environmental, or biobehavioral factors into tailored strategies for optimizing the health of individuals and populations across the lifespan.

The RIG’s goals are to:
1. Promote continuing professional development of nurses in precision health through the exchange of ideas, methodological expertise, and constructive peer feedback across members’ career and research trajectories.
2. Grow collaborations with precision health nurses and scientists across the US and disciplines such as epidemiology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, psychology, and medicine.
3. Create and share content with and beyond ENRS members about innovative precision health methodological approaches and research findings.
Who Should Join?
Nurses and students in both research and clinical practice who are interested in the field of Precision Health, which advocates transforming healthcare from “one-size-fits-all” to a person-centered, tailored approach to advance health.
