Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be received in writing to ENRS via email at [email protected] by March 12, 2025. Cancellations received on or before March 12th will be issued a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations requested after March 12th will not be issued a refund. Registration transfers to another individual will be honored.

Overnight Accommodations
ENRS has secured an overflow room block at the Canopy Philadelphia Center City. Directly next door to the conference hotel, it’s less than a 2 minute walk door to door. We have secured a rate of $209 for a King room or $229 for a Double Queen plus Philadelphia levy fee of .75% and tax (currently at 16.25%). This block will remain open until March 10th or until sold out.

The hotel block at the main conference location, The Loews Philadelphia is currently sold out the night of Wednesday 4/2 and very low inventory
Thursday 4/3. However the block will remain open until Wednesday, March 5, 2025 and you can check for availability due to cancellations.
