ENRS is pleased to offer six scholarships of $500 each to student members selected to present their paper or poster at the 37th Annual Scientific Sessions, April 3-4, 2025. Recipients are chosen based on a demonstrated commitment to the field of nursing research, as evidenced in the application, accepted abstract, current CV, and one letter of recommendation. The recipient must be a current ENRS member.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Each applicant must be a current member of ENRS and a full-time student in a graduate program.
• The applicant must have had an abstract accepted by peer-review to the conference for either a paper presentation or poster session. Granting of the scholarship is conditional upon the abstract being accepted.

Your application should include the following documentation: 

1. A completed Personal Statement (250-word max)
2. Statement of Institutional Support/Letter of Recommendation (maximum 1 page) - This should be written by your professor, department head, or dean to indicate that they support your attendance to the conference as part of your professional development and, if applicable, will provide other funds to supplement this scholarship. Please be sure that the letter is on letterhead and signed.
3. Accepted Conference Peer-Reviewed Abstract to the 2024 Scientific Sessions
4. Your CV or Résumé

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

The deadline to submit your completed scholarship application for the 2024 36th Annual Scientific Sessions is Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Applicants will receive notice of the status of their scholarship at the beginning of March.
